Old Ceiling Revealed
Jay, Dan and Mark are looking at the ceiling inside the Oil City National Bank. The original ceiling is a painted mural, but when central heating was installed and it's accompanying duct work laid, a drop ceiling was installed. Because of a flood, many panels of the drop ceiling have fallen, revealing the mural underneath.
