No, don't think again. If an object reflects a certain color of light, we say that object is that certain color. That is the scientific definition of the color of an object. The leaf IS green and the apple IS red. National geographic is wrong in saying that an object IS the colors that it absorbs.
I know you don't have the time to get into quantum mechanics and whatnot, but at least get your facts straight about what you do say. This is supposed to be a science program.
Btw, Brain games is written as if only 5 year old kids should watch it. So damn slow.
