Building: Log Jam It's In Their Blood Pat and Ryan Sweeney have a father-and-son logging business in rural New York. The father-son team love their line of work so much they report to have "sawdust in their veins." Calling All Reinforcements Though they have the desire and the equipment to build a cabin, they've just never had the time; so they've called in the Cabin Kings to make their dream a reality in a week or less. An Arsenal With Potential When Paulie and Tuffy arrive at the remote property, they discover the dad, Pat Sweeney, loves to collect old building supplies. Over the years he's created quite the collection of raw materials and anything else with "potential." When it comes to supply hoarding, Tuffy has finally met his match and he's excited to put it all to work. From Trash To Treasure From lumber to tin to an old pontoon boat hiding in the weeds, Pats property is a pile of trash that's about to become treasure. Paulie pitches the idea of building a cabin fit for a logger, constructed entirely of materials found on the property. Rockin' and Rollin' Up The Mountain The Sweeneys are both former racers. Ryan was a competitive snow-cross racer and his father, Pat, raced stock cars. So when Tuffy and Paulie naively accept a ride up the mountain, they must hold on for dear life as they careen up steep terrain in ATVs driven by this competitive duo. Challenge Accepted After bearing first-hand witness to the mile long steep mountain trail leading to Sweeneys' land, Tuffy and Paulie now see the difficulty with this challenging build. Home Sweet Home Once the ride is over, Paulie and Tuffy discover the perfect location for the build -- a pristine pond built by Pat Sweeney himself nestled in the woods. Pulling Out All The Stops Inspired by the Sweeneys' passion for logging, Paulie develops an idea to build the entire front facade of the cabin with stacked firewood to create a cordwood look. Such an idea requires piles and piles of cut and split firewood, something Tuffy does not believe they have the time to do. But Paulie has a trick up the sleeve to get the wood chopped in time. Chop Competition Utilizing the Sweeneys' love for racing, Paulie splits the workers into two teams and challenges them to a chainsaw race! Its father versus son and in no time all of the wood is cut, split, and stacked! Party Island With extra time on his hands and a mind full of ideas, Paulie decides to throw in an extra project by converting the discarded pontoon boat they found at the bottom of the hill into a floating party island. Forward Pull The team rigs up Ryan Sweeney's massive log hauling machine called a forwarder to pull the massive boat up the mountain, but halfway up, Paulie navigates the pontoon right into a tree, jeopardizing the entire boat! Stump Chandelier Tuffy and Paulie are always full of last-minute, crazy project ideas. This time around the Cabin experts have discovered an old three stump that they've converted into a breath-taking chandelier.
