We are the children of the cosmos. Every particle in our make-up has its origin in the core of stars and the elements created by their energy. Professor Tyson put it creatively in a recent show when he said that in a manner of speaking we are the universe becoming aware of itself. What a wonder!.  The more that is discovered, the greater our understanding that this life that each of us has is the most invaluable treasure and as such, we are obliged to try to find balance within ourselves, connect and share with other people and hold the environment in awe and gratitude for its life-sustaining power,  Cosmology and its discoveries over the past decades has provided us with heretofore unbelievable new vistas and knowledge, humbled us in our perception of supremacy and opened a spiritual connectedness that will change us individually and as a species. Wow!!.

A fantastic show which explores the Cosmos from the perspective of science. However something is missing. And that is the spirituality of this Cosmos, a universe of intelligent life, a universe of meaning and purpose. The New Message from God is something I have found that addresses the spiritual reality of the cosmos directly. Though not verified by science, this spiritual reality exists nonetheless. At a deeper level it calls to us and reminds us of our greater origin and destiny in space.

Hopefully the CGI will augment the science and not over shadow it.

Great expectations for this series; I'm sure it will not disappoint.  Have always been a student of the universe; to gain a greater understanding and appreciation of Earth and the Universe.
