I knew Carl Sagan as a colleague at Cornell Univ. . . . didn't know him personally, but certainly knew of him.  For some reason I didn't watch his Cosmos series, even tho I was interested in such things.  I'm watching the current Cosmos, too.  It's a little fast and furious, but I enjoy the challenge.

Interesting short video with Carl Sagan; one of my most admired men.  I learned a lot about the universe from his epic PBS series "Cosmos".  I look forward with great anticipation to the "updated" series premiere of Cosmos on NatGeo tonight at 21:00.
