Bob is not storing any water but the water in his pool. We recommend adding a few hundred gallons of purified water in storage. That way, if a natural disaster damages or contaminates his pool he will be prepared. He also should locate other water sources in his area. Redundancy with different sources would be great.

Bob has two large propane tanks that he could use for cooking. He needs to have a propane outdoor camping style stove. He has two fireplaces, so he should stock a lot more firewood for heating the home.

His experience and knowledge with vitamins and nutrients will help his family and others maintain a well-balanced approach to their diet in a survival situation. With poor diets and increased stress from crisis, people will be more prone to health problems, and this skill set can help his community.
