The U.S. Army Special Forces (USASF) unit's motto "De Oppresso Liber" is Latin for "To Free the Oppressed." USASF is an elite group of individuals that have unique training and experience in order to undertake highly technical and unconventional missions all over the world. Selectively chosen, Green Berets must be airborne qualified and complete several levels of training. Seventy percent of individuals do not pass the second training level.
