The number of addicts and mentally ill people in prisons and jails is an issue throughout the country — and Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas is no exception. Meet inmates struggling with mental illness like Lance Marshall, a schizophrenic who suffers delusions and fancies illegal weapons; Roy Washington, a former gang member and “cutter,” who's attempted suicide multiple times; and drug addicts like partners-in-heroin-use Nina Dickun and her boyfriend, Levi Kivi.
