Just a few miles south of the U.S. border lies Centro de Ejecucion de Sanciones (CEDES), one of Mexico's most notorious penitentiaries. To get a glimpse of life at CEDES, we'll meet some of its inmates, including Rogelio, who is in lockdown 24 hours a day because of his suspected gang involvement; Raul and Rosi, who fell in love behind bars and now hope to get married there; and Vincent, an American who must spend all day in his cell for his own protection.
