Mary Jose has 96% of her body tattooed. She has multiple piercings, teeth implants, as well as implants in her head, chest and arms, and always more in the pipeline. Her latest additions are extra implants in her arms.

Silicone Drip
A Japanese man known as Scorpion (far right) and friends receive their bagel heads via silicone drip. As the saline is trapped in the forehead, it creates a small dam. Scorpion says, "Body modification is my reason for living. It’s my life. I continue to take body modification one step further all the time."

Bagel Head
Marin poses with her bagel head. Injected correctly, the saline is harmless. 16 to 24 hours later, when their bodies have absorbed the saline, the swelling will disappear completely.
