TOM: Garbage Mogul and the genius behind the company. His employees are of the belief that he never sleeps. Has a way of making everyone believe they can achieve the goals he sets for them… until he walks away and they realize they’ve been duped.
ALBE: In the land of the blind, the man with one eye is king, and in the land of TerraCycle, the man with the longest ponytail is king. It also helps if you are responsible for bringing in big name clients like Kraft, Better Homes and Gardens, and KY Jelly.
JAMES: Constantly in a power struggle with his buddy Albe, James still remains cheerful. So no matter how mad anybody gets at him, they can't STAY mad. He's like a "friendly bomb." He takes his job very seriously (perhaps because HE actually cares about the environment), but James is never too serious to refuse a wrestling match in worm poop.
DARA: Too nice for her own good, the poor girl can’t say no to Tom’s requests no matter how outrageous. She’s the founder of PAO [People Against Overnighting].
DARA'S SISTER (LEAH): No one knows exactly WHY she's there, but let's just say no one minds. SOMEHOW, this young hottie manages to get the job done - and attract a lot of "attention" in the process.
CHRIS: Snarky little grudge holder, this account manager is someone to watch your back around.
DEAN: Known to all his coworkers as ‘The White Rasta,’ he was hired for graphic design, then quickly tapped by Tom to be his covert ops specialist. Whether because he doesn’t have the sense to say no, or because he enjoys narrowly escaping arrest for the job, he continues to be Tom’s go-to guy for all things semi-illegal.
