Cesar helps Robert Schwartzman, the lead singer and guitarist for the rock ‘n' roll band Rooney, with his adopted pit bull Sandy. Sandy has proven to be extremely dog aggressive and Robert hopes Cesar can help him get Sandy under control so he can have someone watch her while he is on tour.
