Prehistoric Predators: Terror Bird

Five million years ago, evolution took a strange turn, and for the first time in history birds became the top predators of an entire continent. Known as terror birds, these ferocious beasts and were originally believed to have existed only only in South America, but recent fossils unearthed in Florida indicate they may have lived there 10,000 years ago — when humans occupied the Americas.
