Chupacabra

Published
This creature belongs to the world of cryptids that are long on legend and short on actual scientific evidence. Tales of the Chupacabra and his deadly appetite have travelled from South America to the Caribbean to the USA. Scientists think it's an ordinary K-9 with a serious skin ailment.

The legendary blood-sucking chupacabra is infamous for killing livestock and wreaking havoc in Texas. Judah Friedlander travels to the Lone Star State to figure out exactly who, or what, this monster is. The chupacabra drains the blood from its victims leaving behind puncture holes, and its name, which translates to "goat sucker," is due to its preference for goats as its victims. Judah interviews supposed eyewitnesses and gets some help from a local with what he believes to be a carcass.
