With the skyrocketing cost of fuel, the guys explore alternative energy sources — using hydroelectricity to power their custom-built party boat. Starting with a pontoon boat that's been sitting in Rog's front yard for a while, they'll fasten two homemade water wheels, along with junkyard car alternators and batteries that will generate power when turned by the flowing Tennessee River.
